I updated my account with UPS last month 8/8/11 and received an email from them THANKING ME FOR DOING SO... Then I shipped and printed a UPS label 3 days ago 9/26/11 and had to use the process you just instructed folks to use because it said, "info didn't match". Supposedly it now matched and that package was delivered today. So this evening 9/29/11 I go to print UPS label and it NOW SAYS, "UPS is having problems identifying your account details. Please contact UPS by visiting www.ups.com or call 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) for assistance." I call & they tell me WRONG NUMBER. The number is 800-468-8823 I call & get a gal who tells me my account is INACTIVE due to INACTIVITY? I tell her I just shipped a pkg 3 days ago AND updated account details. She can't help me other than to re-activate my account for me...now she says, "I can use it in 3-4 business days". I've had enough of this UPS run around... finding another shipper-
