The information that you were given is correct. When a refund is issued back to your registered card it can take up to 30days to show on your statement. These processing timeframes can vary and does depend on your card issuers processing timeframes of refunds to your card. However in our experience we have found that the longest timeframe is 30 days.
If you do not receive it on your statement after 30 days please contact us via the contact us link so we can initiate a trace on your refund for you.
