I received a fraudulent and defective tablet from BuyInCoins.com, a company that blatantly rips off Apple Computer's intellectual property, fraudulently wrote that the item was a "gift" worth "$40" on the U.S. customs form, and sent me a defective item. If I win a dispute against the company and they offer me a full refund, shipping to China is still around $50, or basicaly the entire purchase price. Will PayPal refund me this in any way, shape, or form? It feels unfair that when a customer gets ripped off, they have to pay for return shipping, especially if it goes to all the way to China. Can't PayPal figure out the most economical way for me to ship it with a tracking number and then debit that from the seller's account?
