Hello folks, I too was having trouble not getting the Bill Me Later as a funding option, trying to make a purchase with Paypal as a payment option at some online merchants. I spoke with a CSR at Bill Me Later and was told that with Bill Me Later recently becoming part of Paypal, having BML as a funding option is only available to a select number of customers at this time. They are in the process of integrating both the Paypal and BML systems and are gradually making it available with what they can handle. The CSR told me that customers that are selected for having BML available as a funding option through Paypal are receiving a special email informing them of that. If you have not received this email, you will not have access to BML as a funding option through Paypal. once again, eventually it will be open to all, but for now only the people who have received the special email from Paypal/BML will have BML as a funding option.
