They've got big problems then, they should have waited until they had all their systems integrated before rolling this feature out. Sounds like they got more testing to due before all the kinks are worked out. Good luck ... View more

I too was having trouble not getting the Bill Me Later as a funding option, trying to make a purchase with Paypal as a payment option at some online merchants. I spoke with a CSR at Bill Me Later and was told that with Bill Me Later recently becoming part of Paypal, having BML as a funding option is only available to a select number of customers at this time.   They are in the process of integrating both the Paypal and BML systems and are gradually making it available with what they can handle. The CSR told me that customers that are selected for having BML available as a funding option through Paypal are receiving a special email informing them of that. If you have not received this email, you will not have access to BML as a funding option through Paypal. once again, eventually it will be open to all, but for now only the people who have received the special email from Paypal/BML will have BML as a funding option. ... If you set up a Paypal acct with just your bank checking account the purchases will only show up on your paper bank statement you get every month or on your online statement if you do your banking online. Nothing will show up on a credit card statement.   If you are making purchase through paypal everything is done automatically, you don't need to add or trnasfer funds to the Paypal acct at all. Its completely discreet, the seller will not know if you are using a checking accout or credit cards, all they know is you are using Paypal for payment. ... View more

I don't believe you can have a Paypal acct without either one. Do you have a savings acct possibly maybe it will work with that. But a pre-paid debit card I'm not sure. You should contact Paypal customer services for confirmation. ... View more

As far as I know, you can't do it. They need to sign up for their own Paypal account in order to receive the funds. How fast do they need the funds? Here's another option that has worked in the past. If they have a checking account and their bank is in your city, all you need is their acct number and just take the cash to their bank, fill out a deposit slip and let the clerk know its going to a branch that's out of city ir state. As long as its cash and before 2:00pm they willl get the money the same day. ... View more
