Dear PayPal Customer Service, I have been using PayPal for ELEVEN (11) years. Go ahead and check my business PayPal account. Tonight I received an e-mail that funds were going to be held in my account for up to 21 days. I'm writing to tell you that this is completely unacceptable. I have never had my account go delinquent. I've never had a chargeback. I've very positive feedback on eBay. I am in the process of setting up something where I will be receiving payments to this account starting in the next month or two. I am giving you my guarantee right now - if I am in ANY WAY affected by this limitation, I will immediately close BOTH my personal AND business account and move all of my business to Google Checkout and SquareUp. I am not interested in receiving a canned response from you talking about protecting your customers. I'm not interested in hearing that you'll review my account every 35 days. I'm simply telling you that you will lose a customer of ELEVEN years, again, if I am in any way financially impacted by you holding my funds.
