PayPal Community

When I print my labels, I use PayPay multi-order shipping, and if I have over 10 packages, the post office wants a 5630 form, which I should be able to print by clicking on the "Print Scan Form" button.  However, when it prints, it is about the size of a postage stamp, is totally unreadable at that size, and is completely useless.   Does anyone have any ideas as to how to get it to print full page like it is supposed to?   I called PayPay help, and they were equally useless.   Thanks,   Jackson ... I have had a few customers over the years call me on the phone because they couldn't order online because the PayPal shopping cart kept emptying out on them.  The latest customer said that she had successfully added about 15 garden markers to her shopping cart, then when she added another, her cart was empty!   I have always thought that the customer was doing it somehow, but I have had two customers in the last month say that this happened to them.   Is this just customer error?  How would they empty out their cart by accident?   Does anyone have any thoughts about how this could happen?   www.HerbGardenMarkers.com   Thanks in advance,   Jackson ... My website runs the PayPal shopping cart for payments and it works great.  However, I would like to add a comment field to let me know if they need to receive the order by a certain date.   I know that they can add a comment in the "Add special instructions to seller" area in the shopping cart, and I have text on my website telling them to do that, but few customers do, then they get upset if they don't get their order "on time".   Is there a comment field button that I can put on my website?   Here is the online ordering page of my website if you want to see what I mean:   http://www.herbgardenmarkers.com/online_ordering_herb_garden_markers.htm   Thank you for your help,   Jackson H ...
