I have had a few customers over the years call me on the phone because they couldn't order online because the PayPal shopping cart kept emptying out on them. The latest customer said that she had successfully added about 15 garden markers to her shopping cart, then when she added another, her cart was empty!
I have always thought that the customer was doing it somehow, but I have had two customers in the last month say that this happened to them.
Is this just customer error? How would they empty out their cart by accident?
Does anyone have any thoughts about how this could happen?
