been trying for a week. Choose Ebay Paypal check out. goes to PayPal sign in page & says it will send me a one time verification code. I enter the code it takes me into paypal. I choose to pay for the eBay item & it takes me back to the eBay cart without making the payment. Everytime i try again it says it's sending me ANOTHER ONE TIME VERIFICATION. happens from all my devices & MY computer. been going on for a week. Paypal phone support has been useless
