PayPal closed a case that they shouldn't have. How do I speak to a human? Also I get an error every time I try to respond to a different issue on the resolutions page. I am quickly losing faith in PayPal.

The odds of you getting a refund are slim. I received 1 item from a tool kit of 7 (Dent puller). Because I received one item Paypal closed my claim. In other words: I'm **bleep**.

In the resolution center, after entering a response to an offer (insult) from a seller and selecting "submit", I get the "Let's try again" error every time. This has been going on for over 12 hours now.
