A confusing situation

I had an invoice from a seller and it is paid.  But when the seller printed the invoice on her end and shipped, the name and address on the invoice is not me!  I'm still showing this paid on my account but now the seller isn't seeing anything from my email address on hers.  I have uploaded screen shots of everything in a message to paypal but so far haven't heard back from them.  Not sure what happened or what else I can do. ... Old Address Still Showing Up

Two months ago I changed my address and deleted the old one.  I use this account for my business and have transactions almost daily.  Each time the correct address shows up.  today I purchased through Ebay and paid with my PayPal account only to discover my old address appeared and that is the one that the seller shipped to.  Thank goodness I still have a mail forward in place but this is going to significantly delay receiving my goods and therefore will affect my business. ...
