My account was limited by PayPal. That seems to be the way they describe inactivated. I can no longer use PayPal services. I've tried to find out what PayPal believes I did that broke their rules. In the many emails that I've gotten from them, one made a mention of selling a service or product that violated their terms of service. I cannot think of anything that I might have sold that would fall in that category. But PayPal refuses to give me any specifics regarding why I have been banned. Does anyone know how to get more information so that I can appeal what I believe to be a mistake on PayPal?
