If buyer is offered any shipping method and chooses to do cheapest way without insurance and package gets lost, who is responsible? Package was shipped. Customs documentation is available but package appears to be stuck in customs somewhere. Because of cheapest shipping method, scanning is not required other than initial intake of package and delivery. Claim has been filed with USPS to located. They have not completed the research yet and asked for 28 days to do so. In the meantime a dispute has been filed for the item for non-receipt. Funds have been placed on hold. Who is responsible? Buyer chose to ship this way.
