I have a zero balance in my PayPal account at this time .  I do have a gift card that I wanted to use for a purchase, but PayPal wants a credit or debit card instead. Since I already spent money on the gift card, why won't it be used to pay for my purchase.  Nothing is selling for a while so my account will be zero. What is the problem? ... View more

I waited 4 days for an e-check to go through.  Paypal said it has cleared, but the money hasn't shown up in my accoutn as a "completed" transaction as all others habve. PayPal has the money and it didn't get to my account today.  The transaction says cleared, NOT completed. ... View more
