Hi! I haven’t been able to find a definitive answer for this one — it's about Fees. A Seller in China sent me a Request for $470 for an item I purchased from him, but the fees ended up shortchanging him $21. How much would I need to send him now so that he ends up with $21? ($X minus PayPal Fees equals $21) Thank you!
