Good evening, I am brand-new to Paypal as a partner for my business but I have had a personal account for quite a while. Despite a very extensive and clearly written Help section, I never quite seem to find the complete answer to any of my questions--there always seems to be a critical detail left out. Here is the question I am wrestling with now. I have upgraded my personal account to a business account. During the upgrade, I provided my business name and business email for invoicing. However, whenever I generate a test invoice, it always appears with my PERSONAl email address--not my business email. I tried manually adding the business email to my account, confirmed it, and made it "primary." Still, any test invoice I generate shows my personal email address. Do you have any advice please? I have been working on adding email invoicing to my business for several hours now. Thank you in advance.
