Hello, I had to change my email quite a while back. I updated eBay and Paypal, but the part on the new listing form at eBay didn't update. I rarely sell. I didn't notice my old address listed, and when my buyer went to pay me nothing happened. On eBay I have the Claim Your Payment button, but Paypal shows no activity. First let me say I with out a doubt trust the buyer. She has been great. In fact I went ahead and shipped the item to insure arrival well before Christmas. She has been very patient and helpful. My old address was still listed on Paypal, so I returned it to my primary. The buyer then retracted/resubmitted with no luck. What do I do?
