That was great information however I have sent a bill from my new account and have received no feedback from 4 different buyers. Should I cancel the transaction and send an email letting them know I canceled it or give them more time to figure out it never came in the mail and maybe they will check online to find the bill? I do not want to get a negative feedback so please help.
