I told you that PayPal would let them get by with this scam. They turned me down again! PayPal does not have our backs!!!

I ordered 2 ice cream makers. $53.98. I have not received nor can I contact. 2 ns time I lost money. PayPal did not refund on first one and lost $90.00. Will not order again on Facebook items. I hope PayPal refunds this time. I doubt it!

Sent Payment to a friend but sent to wrong person. The person clicked on it and proceeded to send the same amt back to me instead of refunding. I did not get the $20 she sent and there is no sign of it anywhere in my acct, I saw the screen shot of payment and it was sent to an old business contact that I used to have and do not anymore. Where is it? I do not know. She says she can not get it back and neither can I since we can not find it. help

i have some people who buy on Yardsale pages try to send me money by Goods and Services. They are told that RMP can not accept Payments from unconfirmed Addresses. Why is that? I need for them to send to me that way.

I feel you people at Paypal have let the same person Scam a lot of people I know. The same person has gotten prople I know for over $2000.00 total. It is so disheartening to be telling the truth and the person gets away with scamming you. You have Usps receipts and tracking to show the person received the merchandice and yet , you are the one who pays! 3 times I have chargebacks and 3 times from the same person and 3 times, I lose! Not fair!

I have a shopping cart on my website. Paypal is one of the options but I just upgraded to business account. How do I get this to work on my website to take credit cards and all? If you have to insert HTML I have no way to do this. Please help
