Hi everyone, I sold an item to a 3star buyer who states the box contained only one of the two parts. The part missing was the most expensive part. What was weird was the buyer asked "after purchase" if this box included the less expensive piece. The listing was not unclear and the part the buyer asked about is always sold in the box. Since my listing stated the item was new/unused, but box had been opened and I always try to check contents, but I do not want to assume the buyer took the piece and now wants a refund. I did purchase insurance through USPS because the item sold for $100.00 and valued at more, but I'm not sure how to go about handling this. I want to contact the buyer right away, but I also want to speak with PayPal or USPS to talk with someone about filing a claim. I'm not sure if I even HAVE a claim since its a he said/she said. I've never encountered this before and have no negative feedback. I want to satisfy the buyer, but do not want to take a $100.00 hit either. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks guys/gals! Linda
