From RBryant: On ANY transaction involving PapPal payment from a customer, and a "HOLD" on payment from PayPal, I have simply started refunding payment back to the customer with the explaination that PayPal is placing such unwarranted holds on THEIR funds, and that such a policy is totally unacceptable to us as a merchant. They are then given the opportunity to re-submit payment by some method not involving a HOLD period and we will then ship the merchandise. Otherwise, the transaction is cancelled entirely. When enough BUYERS ad SELLERS are fed up enough with PayPal and their stupidity, they will either be forced out of business or forced to change this idiotic policy. This sounds like a reasonable solution. Can you do this without incurring negative feedback from the buyer?
