I totally understand and feel your pain. EBAY AND PAYPAL alike want you to lie. It doesn't pay to be honest here. I have been an ebay/paypal user since 1999. LONG time. They have jacked me around too. A few months back, a buyer was dishonest and said I sent her the wrong item. So I told her to send the item back and I would refund her money. She sent it back but I could tell she had worn the pants. I refunded her money anyway and the b word still gave me negative feedback. First I had ever received. I was nice even though she had totally lied, lied , lied. DO YOU THINK EBAY WOULD REMOVE THE NEGATIVE? Of course not. They sided with the buyer saying it was free speech, blah, blah, blah. I told the gal on the phone that basically , the next time, I was gonna lie because that is what ebay rewarded--liars. I won't refund next time. I And NOW- i got jacked around with a seller who never sent my money, I opened a dispute, and got busy . It had been years since I had had a dispute so I totally did not realize that I had to esculate it to a claim. So paypal and ebay closed the case--and I can't reopen it. And I'm out the product and my money. So I'm thinking Im going to go through my bank and tell them it was an unauthorized charge-cuz it was--I got nothing and paypal refuses to do diddly. I have been on both ends--buyer and seller--and I'm starting to do more business with other sites like Amazon, etc. **bleep** ebay--they are too big and they don't care. Plus not to be rude but I can never understand the customer service people on the other end of the telephone. It would be nice to talk to someone who speaks my language. I have nothing against other cultures but hey, I don't go to India and try to run their call center. We have plenty of people out of work here that could use a job. Anyway, thanks for letting me vent in your post. I understand. What happened to you was wrong and from what I can see, it does you no good to be honest.
