I had a different problem.  My Paypal account payment was past due and there was a big banner on the top when I went to my account.  When I purchase a shipping label the funds are taken first from my Paypal balance and it was at Zero, so that explains the error. ... View more

Many of us have been ripped off by Zestads and some similar companies.  They send junk and then require it to be returned to China and Paypal agrees with them for some reason.  China has poor tracking so those companies expect that the package will not be scanned as delivered.  Now you are out $30 more.  You must dispute the charge with your credit card company.  Or if Paypal is no help, contact Syncrony, their parent company. ... It's interesting that you mentioned a connection between Paypal and Zestads.  I talked to a Paypal agent today about a different Zestads scam.  Powerful flashlights that can start paper on fire. So I get some cheap flashlights.  I file a dispute and now I am REQUIRED to return them to CHINA.  That is the true scam because they ship it to us for $1 but it costs us $30 - $40 to return it.  Plus China tracking is bad, if they don't scan it as delivered I am out another $40.  Anyway, right after I got off the phone with Paypal, I get a Paypal scam email saying my account is Limited, log in here.  So, did the agent at Paypal send it or did he contact his buddy who then sent it? ... That used to work.  Now, everything has changed.  Paypal disputes are just computer generated.  After you escalate it will just sit there.  You will end up having to call Paypal and if you get to talk to someone, hope they are on your side. ... View more

Now that we know that Youtube is allowing Zestads to scam people, we should all go on Youtube and make 20 comments on popular videos with this message: Do not buy anything advertised on Youtube, you will not get what you pay for, you will only get junk from China.
