Right, CC company is the only shot at this point, if past 30 days. Some CC companies have limits set too, like 30 or 60 days... they all differ I think. When buying from a seller, make sure you know about their shipping dates. Make sure your seller is going to ship in the first 10 days after the payment for example. And if on the 11th day, they cannot produce a shipping tracking number, you can dispute though PayPal for non-receipt. The seller's recourse is to refund (if they haven't shipped), OR reposed to the case with their tracking number (which they should have provided to you already).
