I have sent numerous e-mails about this problem and I don't think one of Paypal representatives have understood my problem. Please understand my confusion/problem please. Let's say that a buyer bought an item for $40 (price of item) + $10 (shipping) and I have $100 in my bank account. The buyer sends $50 to my paypal account, and is pending on my Paypal balance. If I purchase a shipping label, the price would be $10. I must pay $10 from my bank account, at the same time, the $10 is deducted from my Paypal balance (which subtracts $20 for shipping). I understand that I will be refunded $10 to my bank account later, leaving me subtracted $10 to my Paypal balance (which is perfectly fine). But I voided the shipping label because I had a problem printing, from there, I printed the shipping label again, subtracting $10 from my bank account and from my paypal balance. Again, $10 was refunded to my bank account, but the Paypal balance is deducted $10 again, and it remained the same. Instead of receiving $40 (price of item), I have $30. Please understand my problem, I have lost money twice the shipping cost. This is just an example for you to understand. I paid $24.17 for shipping, and was deducted $24.17 again. The buyer paid $160.34 (shipping was $24.17 = $184.51 in total) Instead I transfered $160.34. The paypal representatives think that I have sent 2 shipping costs to my bank account for $160.34, but that is just the refunds that I received for paying twice. Please review my statements, I have not received the right amount of money. Thank you. -Jeremy I have sent numerous e-mails about this problem and I don't think one of Paypal representatives have understood my problem. Please understand my confusion/problem please.
