USPS Shipping Label/ Balance Confusion

So i have sold an item on Ebay for $190 in total. $160 + shipping ($30).

My paypal balance was $190.

I decided to print out a label (deducting $30) from my credit card/bank to ship the merchandise.

What I dont understand is why they deducted $30 from my paypal balance when I already paid by card/bank. Wouldn't that double the price that I just paid for the label?

Now i have $160 on my Paypal balance, if that person accepts the package, will I only receive $160 to my card/bank?

That means I paid $60 for shipping, wouldn't it?

Just a couple of questions and I should be able to clear this up for you 🙂

When you paid for your shipping did you have a balance in your account? Was it available?

Did your payment get put on a hold status?

Do you have a pending balance?

Does the charge show up in you card/bank statement?

Did you use PayPal/EBay shipping?
