Hello So I bought something from ebay (first transaction) that I wanted to be cancelled before it was shipper but the seller wasn't responsive at all to my order cancelation request so I filed a dispute with PayPal I was told I would be informed on Dec 11th and I waited however I checked my bank account and the amount was deducted again from my account there isn't a record of it so I called my bank and they told me the amount was deducted twice however I didn't agree to any other payment other than the first one has anyone experienced something like this? I've tried contacting ebay and PayPal but the customer service bots are so bad at giving any solution so please help me
