I had opened a INR dispute but eventually received the item. Unfortunately the item received is not as described and now I am looking to change the dispute reason to INAD as per this article https://www.paypal.com/us/cshelp/article/can-i-change-my-reason-for-filing-a-dispute-or-claim-help178 I don't see an option to change the reason when I view the dispute, is this outdated info and what is current process to change dispute reason ?
