Hello, I have a personal account of Paypal and I have been using the account for a while until I got an email to verify my account where I uploaded my national identity card but it was rejected. I want to upload my wi-fi bill and I am not certain if it will be accepted. Help me out, which kind of document am I needed because it's on the wifi bill I only cater for?
