Hi there, when trying to send money I keep getting a page saying "There seems to be a problem" and I've never had an issue until now. It tells me to contact paypal and I've been trying to message, but after loading a couple of times and being useless, the AI chat bot is now stuck on loading. I don't really feel like making a phone call and I can't create a ticket unless it's connected to a transaction. I'm just trying to figure out why all of a sudden I can't send money and I can't reach anyone useful from the official paypal support.
