Hello community, I had my account in negative status a few days ago because of a forgotten subscription, on December 1st I added the €6.50 to my Paypal account, it warned me that it might be necessary 9 days to return the account to positive. On December 2, I again had a withdrawal of €6.50 for unpaid fees even though I had paid this a day before. I wanted to know if it is normal or not for Paypal to charge me for unpaid charges even though they have been paid but not yet added to my Paypal account. THANK YOU Country: Belgium
