I purchased an item from what was a scam web site, and never received it. I made the purchase with my debit card, but it appears the scam site was a paypal vendor. My bank wants me to resolve this through paypal, but paypal is insisting I refer to the transaction in my account. Since I paid with a debit card, the transaction doesn't show up in my paypal account. How do I get help with this? Picture of how the transaction shows up in my bank statement for reference.
