I have sent money from Paypal to bank card (German Sparkasse) and it did not arrive for 2 month already. Paypal says the transaction was successful, Bank says that this card card cannot accept transfers and so they cannon see any transactions, I shoud have used IBAN. That's a dead end, what shall I do?
