I am currently enrolled in the rewards program with my PayPal debit card. Each month we get to choose a category for our 5% reward. I typically choose the restaurant category. I recently discovered that one of the restaurants I frequent a lot, does not result in reward points. I am curious why I would not receive points from a particular restaurant.
