Dear friends, My account has been limited because i have opened it when i was 16 and now im 32 they have limited it, problem is i have outstanding 3,838$ that i need to receive and those are my money since i was sending to a friend and they got blocked in the middle. It has been a while that i cannot transfer or do anything with it. By law of NY where i used to live it will go to treasury, still my money but i will have to get from them.
