So I had to deal with Korean seller on eBay and he didnt funds as PayPal family payment As return cost after i withdraw the funds returned now i have negative balance , I am European so paypal dont chase 60$ debts i surely know that as i already owed 750$, In a previous dispute in different account Where some guy lied About an item I sold damaged condition and I eat the loss which I refused I had already withdraw funds so PayPal took that hit too, Just unfair policies how 20 year old item poster buyer can admit in transaction details description its damaged And me seller is liable I am now angry at both of these outcomes
