PayPal Community

I received an email from Paypal on 21st November stating I was likely to be approved to use Paypal in 3 again but have since used Paypal to pay for purchases and the option was not available. I really don't understand what the issue is and you must be incredibly frustrated by the vague response from your conversation with Paypal. I have never been rejected or missed payments when using Paypal so I'm wondering if this is a more widespread issue? Maybe if more of us come forward, Paypal will make some sort of proper statement. There are many companies that offer this as a permanent  solution, QVC, Gemporia, TJC etc. It is a very useful product. What would be appreciated is an answer to the question when there appears to be no reason for refusal. Paypal do not make it easy to get a response.
