Hello, I am currently using the Personal account. I plan to do freelancing in the future, and receive payments into my paypal balance. I wanted to test the invoice feature to see how it works. Once I created an invoice, I got a temporary restriction. When I answered the resolution center, that I am only testing the invoice feature, I got a permanent restriction. I don't understand anything. I don't feel I did a huge action to get that. Thank you in advance,
