I ordered 8 items from a seller that never arrived, so I opened a dispute. The seller is now going to send them, however one item is out of stock and they offered partial refund. If I accept the refund paypal says the case will be closed. However, I have not received the other 7 items, so that I know I'm happy with them. Should I wait?
