I have Australian PayPal account and want to withdrawal USD balance to US account. What withdrawal fee will be charged? Is there a maximum fee? I've seen information on this site for Australian PayPal accounts that withdrawal fee to US bank account is 3%, and maximum withdrawal fee is USD$10.
