I am having trouble changing my primary address. I opened my PayPal account when I lived in New Zealand in 2014 and I have recently moved to back home to the UK. I don't seem to have any option to change my Country of residence on PayPal and I am wondering if I will have to open a whole new PayPal account. Has anyone had the same experience?
