It seems like the balance is gradually updating, for those who have made transactions over 3 hours. The balance should be updated. For those who have recently made transactions below the 3 hours timeframe, the balance won't be updated until another hour so. Paypal services seems to be running but very slowly going through transaction backlogs and updating balances and so it's not instant update at this moment. I have a few that has been updated but still have several more that requires more time to wait. Please be patient all!
