I have had contrasting things from both my bank and PayPal on how to resolve the fact I got scammed for £505 on PayPal as I was purchasing a product however I did stupidly use friends and family as goods and services weren’t available. However I never received the product. When I contacted PayPal they hid behind not having buying protection and told me to contact my bank and my bank has told me to contact PayPal to report the scam but when I tried I was hit with brick wall after brick wall. Is there any way of escalating this or filing a compliant as I will be honest this was my first time using this service and losing that amount to a scammer with no real help from PayPal and my bank bouncing responsibly from each other to help I’m convincing about deleting my PayPal and moving bank due to the inconvenience Any help would be super helpful as no one has done much really to help me here
