Hi all, Paypal has blocked my account again (for the 3rd time), after we have submitted all business details requested. The reason this time is that we paid $30 to a user who performed a service for us. They want us to supply them (PayPal) with the date of birth of the user. We do not have their date of birth. They are someone who performed work for us. It is not commonplace to ask for a date of birth, and is in fact very unusual. Additionally, why would that particular information have any bearing on the legitimacy of our account?! What makes this more difficult is that PayPal support chat has stopped responding to my messages, meaning they keep closing. This has happened twice now over the last 5 days and is becoming frustrating. That I will not be using PayPal again for payments is clear, but we still require it for accepting payments for services we render. What else can I do about this, that isn't 'sit on the phone for 4 hours waiting to talk to a rep' ? Does anyone have any ideas?
