Thank you so much for your assistance Kudo. This was friends and family. This was a person that I had not talked to in a very long time. I sent the money to her, intending to send it to somebody else. Wasn't wearing my glasses. And looking at my activity, it says completed. Contacting her, she claims that she is not using her PayPal account. If it went to her email, and if she doesn't have that connected to a bank, is there anyway I can prove that the funds sent to her have not been claimed?
