Hello. I am not going to explain a lot of detail. But I need help. So my deleted account got a new case. I tried to log in but couldn’t (I thought closing account was like a temporary close. Turns out it is permanent). So I created new one with the same email, thinking the old cases and history would be transferred to new one. Apparently they are not. So how can I transfer money to account that does not exist, and if exists has the same mail as new one. Also direct bank or card transfer from my country’s banks are not possible yet (I can withdraw money through card for a huge fee, but I can’t add money through card or bank). Please help.
