Hey all, I was trying to buy an item from a seller through Facebook marketplace. They sent me their paypal details and I sent the payment as Goods and Services and have a transcript of our conversation. Since I sent the payment, the seller said "you locked up my PayPal account" and I explained they needed to complete what PayPal is asking of them. They have since stopped responding and I'd like to open a dispute for "did not receive item". I followed the instructions in this page: https://www.paypal.com/us/cshelp/article/how-do-i-open-a-dispute-with-a-seller-help160 Go to the Resolution Center and click Report a Problem. Select the payment and click Continue. But I got stuck at step 2, when I click Report a Problem, it brings me to my list of payments, but there is no way to select the payment and click continue.
