Hi everyone I recently changed my name on my account . I provided all the proof and it was changed but a few weeks later I notice it has reverted again to the old name. This makes no sense as my credit cards and bank account have all been updated to the new name. I am not sure if I go through all the hoops again I will get the same results. Anyone had similar experience?
