I have been contacted half a year ago by a Paypal employee (Account Executive PayPal EMEA - Kasia [Removed], kradan@... ) some time ago to implement Paypal Express Checkout at my store. She called me a few times and sent a few emails really pushing that I do it as soon as I can. It was not on my priority and had some other critical things to do. After about a month she wrote: "I can add $500 as a bonus to your account". Well that was a good incentive and I took some time to do it. She then confirmed that the transactions are ok, and that was the last I heard from her. The extra bonus did not show up on my account. I tried to contact her, zero replies. Is this "normal" for Paypal employees to do this? Has anyone of you been offered such a deal and then did not get anything? Who can I contact form Paypal to get the promised $500?
