Hey thanks for replying, Nope to the negative balance. I have set up to my savings account so its always have more then enough money for my online transactions. I got a notification on the 1st august that I recalled it saying that the payment failed and when I went to look for it, it said to add bank account, which I thought was odd. and when I go in to try and add bank account it doesn't matter if I say savings or transactions that same message comes up '"We can't process your request right now. Please try again later." Even tried the link that say Add/Send Money to remedy the missing funds, but even that doesnt work and gives the same error I only have one bank account. never been a problem before. its always selected to use balance in Paypal if any and if not to go to bank account. Its very odd.
